Strength Training and Mobility Class with CiAnna Kriegish

The GCC is excited to announce strength training and mobility classes with visiting summer resident, CiAnna Kriegish, a fitness-forward physical therapist. Classes will be a mix of strength training and mobility using pilates body-based movements, kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, and barbells.

All experience levels are welcome. Session will be approximately 60 mins. The classes are donation based, but require pre-registration. Text CiAnna at (952) 239-6778 to confirm a spot in the class. Max. capacity of 6 people per class.
